This yummy chai blend is made with wildcrafted Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) mushrooms and Artist Conk (Ganoderma applanatum) a member of the Reishi family that grows here on the West Coast.
Ingredients: Artist Conk (Ganoderma applanatum), Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor), Allspice (Pimenta dioica), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Anise (Pimpinella anisum), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum).
Directions: Add 10 g to 450 ml of water in a small pot, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer and allow to simmer on the stove for 20 minutes. Strain and drink. Add honey and milk of choice if you wish.
