This yummy chai blend is made with wildcrafted Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) mushrooms and Artist Conk (Ganoderma applanatum) a type of reishi that grows here on the West Coast. Both are well known for their medicinal value. Both help support the immune system and have antioxidant properties.
Directions: Add 5g to 450 ml of water in a small pot, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer and allow to simmer on the stove for 20 minutes. Strain and drink. Add honey and milk of choice if you wish.
