Fire Cider is a classic immune support oxymel. As the name implies, it has some kick to it. Made with Horseradish, Cayenne, Garlic and Onion it packs enough punch to super charge your immune system. It can be taken daily as a tonic, or several times a day during acute illness. 

Not recommended for children unless they like spice. Do not give to children under 1 yr. Do not take if pregnant. 

Take 30 ml daily as a preventive tonic, or 15 ml 3-4x/day during acute illness. 

Shake well and keep refrigerated.

Ingredients: Horseradish root, Garlic, Onions, Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cayenne, Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey.  **all ingredients are organic
